The Private Office manages the personal affairs of the Hay family and is responsible for sourcing, executing and managing all JMH Group Private Equity/Special Situation investments that fall outside the scope of Fosroc. 

The investments currently being managed by the JMH Private Office include all brands within JMH Lifestyle as well as a number of commercial and residential property investments. 

We look to invest in revenue generating businesses and prefer opportunities where a combination of debt and equity finance are required.
